Exchanges :
Quebec and Ontario You may exchange any merchandise at regular price within fourteen (14) days of receipt*.
We only accept exchanges if the product has not been worn or washed and is in its original condition with the label. If the product is damaged, you will have to pay the return shipping costs to get the item back.Only one exchange is accepted. It is not possible to make a return following an exchange or a second exchange.
*Exceptions may apply for remote areas. Please follow the exchange procedure.
Rest of Canada, USA and International. All sales are final.
All pieces purchased with a promo code greater than 10% off, on sale or clearance are final sales.

Exchange procedure :
Exchange conditions : Before making an exchange, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- The exchange must be made within the timeframe specified in our exchange policy, i.e. within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Items that have been sold out, worn, washed or damaged will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange request : To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email at info@mimz.ca to verify eligibility.
- Return label: Once the exchange request has been approved by a member of our team, a return label will be provided to facilitate the return process. However, please note that the cost of the label is at your expense.
- Return packaging: Carefully wrap the item in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transport.
- Shipping : Use the return label provided and drop off the package at a post office or designated drop-off point. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
- Exchange processing: Once we've received your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our criteria. After verification, we will proceed with the exchange.
Returns :
All orders placed with a promotional code, sale or clearance are final sales.

Therefore, you have fourteen (14) days to return your package to us, after which time we reserve the right to refuse your return. We only accept returns if the product has not been worn or washed and is in its original condition. If the product is damaged, you will have to pay the return shipping costs to get the item back. Customized pieces are final sales. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you had free shipping, a fee of 9.99$ (+taxes) will be deducted from your refund for orders in Quebec / Ontario and 19.99$ (+taxes) for New Brunswick.

- Return shipping: Use the prepaid return label provided and drop off the package at a post office or designated drop-off point. Be sure to retain the shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
- Return processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. After verification, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the returned item, minus return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Refunds will be made in the original method of payment within a reasonable time after we have received and verified your return.
*Refund times may vary depending on the method of payment. Typically three (3) to five (5) business days.
