We would like to inform you that Mimz will be closed for a well-deserved break from December 23 to January 3 inclusive .

Please note that any orders placed after December 22 will be processed upon our return from January 4 . Our 12 day production lead times will start from January 4th. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when planning your purchases.

Our delivery times in Canada are 24 to 48 business hours with Purolator, FedEx or Dicom. A tracking number is included. This method does not include insurance in the event of theft. If your package is stolen or lost, Mimz is not responsible.

When delivering with Purolator, the package can only be delivered if there is someone to ensure receipt of the package and sign for it. Otherwise, you will receive a note to pick it up at a postal office near you. This delivery method is strongly recommended for addresses at greater risk of theft (apartment block, busy street, etc.).

Please note that orders of $500 and more will be sent with express delivery - signature required.

UNITED STATES

Standard international delivery to the United States takes four (4) to eight (8) business days. No tracking number is provided.

International standard

International delivery takes twenty (20) to sixty (60) business days by ship. There is no tracking number. We do NOT recommend this method due to delays, risks of theft and lack of information from the post office. Once the parcel is in the hands of the post office, Mimz is no longer responsible for it and no further assistance can be provided to you, since no tracking number is provided.

UNITED STATES

Express international shipping to the United States takes two (2) to three (3) business days. Tracking number included.

International

Express international delivery takes five (5) to seven (7) business days via airmail. A tracking number is included. We highly recommend this delivery option to ensure you receive your packages quickly.

Quebec and Ontario

You can exchange any merchandise at regular price within fourteen (14) days of receipt.* Therefore, you have fourteen (14) days to return your package to us, after this period, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange. We only accept exchanges if the product has not been worn and washed and is in its original condition. If the product is damaged, you will be required to pay return shipping costs to collect the item. Custom pieces are final sales. Only one exchange is accepted. It is not possible to make a return following an exchange or a second exchange.

Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick

You can return any merchandise at regular price within fourteen (14) days of receipt.* Therefore, you have fourteen (14) days to return your package to us, after this period, we reserve the right to refuse your return. We only accept returns if the product has not been worn and washed and is in its original condition. If the product is damaged, you will be required to pay return shipping costs to collect the item. Custom pieces are final sales. Delivery costs are not refundable. If you had free delivery, a fee of $9.99 (+ taxes) will be deducted from your refund for orders in Quebec / Ontario and $19.99 (+ taxes) for New Brunswick.

More than 50% of the fabrics at Mimz are ecological either by their fiber or by their certifications. The certifications we use are mainly Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and Global Organic Textil Standard.
