Exchanges and returns
If I don't like the product I ordered, can I exchange it?
Here is the exchange process
Yes, all regularly priced products are exchangeable within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Therefore, you have fourteen (14) days to return your package to us, after this period, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange. We only accept exchanges if the product has not been worn and washed and is in its original condition. If the product is damaged, you will have to pay the return shipping costs to collect the item . Delivery to return the unwanted item is at your expense. We will pay for the delivery to send you the new product. International orders are not exchangeable.
*Products purchased with a promotional code or discount are not exchangeable or refundable, they are final sale.
**Personalized products are not exchangeable or refundable, since they are custom-made. Make sure you take your measurements carefully. If in doubt, consult the size chart to take your measurements correctly or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If the product ordered does not suit me, can I return it and get a refund?
Here is the return process
Yes, all regularly priced products are refundable within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Therefore, you have fourteen (14) days to return your package to us, after this period, we reserve the right to refuse your return. We only accept returns if the product has not been worn and washed and is in its original condition. If the product is damaged, you will be required to pay return shipping costs to collect the item. Delivery to return the unwanted item is at your expense . When we receive your package, we will process the refund which takes approximately twenty-four (24) business hours to receive the refund confirmation email and three (3) to five (5) business days to receive the refund on the method of payment used during purchase. Delivery charges are not refundable . International orders are final sales.

How long does express delivery take?
Express delivery takes 24-28 business hours within Canada with Purolator. There is a tracking number included. If you have not received your delivery within 72 business hours, do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution.
*Purolator no longer guarantees delivery in 24-48 hours due to Covid-19.
**Mimz is not responsible for package thefts. The delivery option with signature guarantees receipt of the package and eliminates the risk of theft.
What is "express delivery - signature required"?
When delivering with Purolator, the package can only be delivered if there is someone to ensure receipt of the package and sign for it. Otherwise, you will receive a coupon to pick it up at a postal office near you. This delivery method is recommended for addresses more at risk of theft (apartment block, busy street, etc.).
How long does standard international delivery take?
Standard international delivery to the United States takes four (4) to eight (8) business days. No tracking number is provided.
International delivery takes twenty (20) to sixty (60) business days by ship. There is no tracking number. We do NOT recommend this method due to delays, risks of theft and lack of information from the post office. Once the parcel is in the hands of the post office, Mimz is no longer responsible for it and no further assistance can be provided to you, since no tracking number is provided.
How long does international express delivery take?
Express international shipping to the United States takes two (2) to three (3) business days. Tracking number included.
Express international delivery takes five (5) to seven (7) business days via airmail. A tracking number is included. We highly recommend this delivery option to ensure you receive your packages quickly.
Where are your products made?
All our products are designated, designed and produced in Canada, more precisely in Quebec City. You cannot find the same ones on the market.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it.
